WRITING
I use a structured yet flexible approach. Kids utilize graphic organizers / Brainframes to start the writing process which easily flows into a second structure. Students learn how to create what I call a ‘road map’ for each writing assignment they have and independently move through the writing process. In addition, I work on sentence structure and grammar through a program called Unocking Sentences.
